Windmill of Oat

Location in Safir. A private farm domain in the south-west of Safir, managed by a sparse gnome community. Windmill of Oat is notorious for its stories, shared by an old master-gnome, who had witnessed the establishment and the collapse of the Arrion forests, invasions of Saars and many other stories that became legends. A place at the borders with the northern Prunes.
