Dammas

The capital of Tornak. Dammas is locked from north by the Kram Mountains, from west by the Rotten Forest, and from east by the Grand Ocean. An eccentric place that hosted many kings and deviants on its throne. The major castle and the home of King Madak who rules the dominion of the Green Dwarfs.

A peaceful place, historically challenged by many earls and vassals of Tornak who sought to overthrow the reigning rulers. Humans of Tornak specifically despised the Green Dwarfs on the throne, scheming their plans with Prunes, the archenemy of the kingdom, to lobby their influence.

Dammas is the richest powerhouse in the Worian hemisphere and struggles for the throne are occasional. Historically, uprisings were mostly invoked by civil unrest, further fueled and guided by rich counts and barons of Tornak. Therefore, the royals of Tornak ruled their realm carefully, learning demands of the people, mastering the economy, finessing the progress and politics as they went along.

It is the Green Dwarfs who have factually monopolized the throne power, because they were the least corrupt compared to humans or any other species, devoting themselves to politics as social architects, not royals, building trust with result, rather than ceremonies or intimidation. King Madak is a typical example of an effective Green Dwarf ruler of Tornak.
