Country in Globiuz. Wild and almost desolate island in the Norian hemisphere, where eternal cold is literal. This long-stretching place belonged once to the Tornak colonizers - the Green Dwarfs have built here mining shafts and other contractions for coal grinding. Eventually, the endeavour didn't work out well for them - Perenial was left to itself.

With time, even the Kiwis have tried to establish their domains for fish trade and mining. But even that had failed, because of the occasional raids of Emples, who ravaged the place for their survival. But the battle for the northern island continues, as long as it has a very strategic trade and military location, stitching together 3 hemispheres of Globiuz - Worian, Norian and Orian.
